How will Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal provide water to the Nation’s capital when his own hometown is suffering from water crises? For the past 11 days, residents of Siwani town and some 20 surrounding villages in Bhiwani have been sitting in protest at the sub-divisional magistrate’s office demanding drinking water.
