Ever since PM Modi declared ban on 500/1000 notes currency, the opposition and other parties haven’t rested for a day! They have been continuously trying to make pressure on the union government seeking a roll-back, though all of their attempts are rotting in vain!
The Opposition first protested in the Well of the Upper House against the government’s demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes disrupting the work and chores of the winter session of the Parliament. Then Both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha ran into chaos over demands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s presence in the House by the opposition parties to debate the government’s move of demonetization.
We even saw Home Minister Rajnath Singh trying to uncloud the confusions and chaos by assuring that the decision is a just one and is a fight against corruption and black money. He even assured that PM will himself come and talk soon.
Now again, we have with us Rajnath Singh, who with utmost civility, slammed the opposition in the Parliament today. Singh calmed down all the leftover suspicions and questions and even agreed on the fact that there has been a problem in the implementation of demonetization and even affirmed that they are ready for the debate over this issue. Singh even said that every suggestion and every doubt will be seriously taken into consideration by the Government. Even after this assurance, we saw the opposition roaring out LOUD and disrupting the session in the most indisciplined manner!
