After giving financial surgical strike to the country PM Narendra Modi is all set to make changes in passport. To avoid the obstacles that come in the process of passport making, some major changes will take place in February,2017. Government has already started making list of the problems that people face in the process of passports and changes will be done on the basis of this list only. Other than this, government is also planning to introduce e-passport containing micro-chip in it in near future.
Central government is going to make high-tech passports. Through this chip, all the details of the related person can be obtained easily. And with this technology there will be no need of carrying passport everywhere for verification. Information regarding the person present in digital format will be easy to access.
